To "NKD",(이 순수한 세계인은 결코 한국의 어느 정당도 지지 하지 않는다. 무소속 그 들도 가치 없다. 그 모두들 평가 절하하며 정당인이든 아니든 또한 평가 혹은 값어치 없을 천명하노라.)

 This unworthly and low-educated world innocent on all world people's behalf would like to extend a warm greetings to all of you, who used to and now, keeps on to let the whole countries and the global community know that it is obvious that the poor north koreans still do not yet enjoy the requisite civic and political reform due to the cruel military regime's oppression/repression and their people's army's inhumane treatments + crimes against humanity at the worst's the world's infamous concentration camps/prison camps since the worst's communist regime had its complete control and power over all north koreans.

 As you know, a dictator and all his scophants' frozen regime or the brutal military regime, called the so-called the hermit kingdom, such as North Korean Regime, that represses its own people cannot ultimately be a precious member or part of our international society. Because they had been being against your time's "freedom"-to-"human rights"-to-"democracy"-to-"equality"-to-"fraternity"-to-"compatriotism"-to-" . . ."-to-"other many humans values". So, your precious northern brothers must be out of the jaws of death, that is, never can those precious human beings be into or sent to the jaws of death.

 As a weak and humble rank/lowly status, this world one/innocent urges a favourably democratic nation-transitioned Russia and China to consider all the north korean defectors a world/global good friend who can help the global village connect as one and also, who can realize this era's the real universal values of all mankind or all world people. Because those same precious human beings can never be looked down on and also, treat all the north korean defectors as a squalid refugee or trifle economic refugee as those all were now being treated as. We or all world innocents know the fact that everyone needed to be respected as individual human beings.  

 This weak and humble world innocent can never make it out that Russia(as one of precious democratic nations of this 21st century)(or my world friend) goes against or runs counter to the universal values of freedom and human rights. Would your great country(speaks for all precious Russians) persuade China out of the forced repatriation of all the north korean defectors? This shameful and weak world innocent via "this NKD" wants to tell his world friends, all Russians and a lot of good chineses including chinese pundit classes "like" he/this world innocent believes that those precious north korean defectors are going to, those all are going to turn out to be the strongest affirmations of the universal values of freedom-to-human rights-to-democracy.

 And this disinterested world one/innocent also urges China not to swim/go against the current of the world and also, not to turn the clock back to the cold war.
